ABOUT ME
Experience That Works for Members
For more than three decades, I have dedicated my life to service. I proudly served our Country as a Soldier in the U.S. Army, during Desert Storm. After my enlistment ended I was hired by Chrysler and began working in Final line department at Warren Truck Assembly Plant . I ran and was elected Chief Steward twice. Was elected Committeeman, Vice President and then President of UAW Local 140. I was appointed to the International Union by then UAW President, Bob King and assigned to the Chrysler Department. For over ten years, I proudly serviced every Chrysler facility as an International Representative and Coordinator. Under the direction of Vice President Cindy Estrada, I was appointed to Assistant Director of Safety where I continued to serve our membership. For the past 29 years I have faithfully represented this Union and its membership.
Those experiences taught me something that has never changed:
Our Union is strongest when members are informed, agreements are strong, communities know who we are, and organizing never stops.

I am running to work with members.
To listen, to lead, to organize, to educate and to strengthen our agreements will ensure Region 1 remains a respected and powerful voice for working people.
